Ok brain trust, I swear every marker that Super Nova gives me has some weird thing going on and this one is no exception.
Pre2k cocker, just did a full rebuild and everything is sealed up the only problem is it won't catch the lug on the sear.
If I adjust the lug down it eventually gets to the point where it will catch but then it won't release and fire. So I don't think it's a LPR pressure issue or stroke length as both of those are able to push the back block back far enough to catch the lug in that scenario.
I thought it might be the small chamfer on the lug was pushing the sear down so I took it to the grinder and now it's completely flat on the bottom with 90 degree corners, no change.
Swapped out the sear spring with a stiffer one, no change (I'm not certain these are actually sear springs I'm working with though, even still it feels good to me) nothing
Getting a little stumped here. Any of you guys ever encounter something like this?
