    Extreme Velocity (Phantom Online) upholds Mike's Tradition of customer service

    I got a call last night from Extreme Velocity (Phantom Online) about my order that I put in this past weekend.

    I was aware that it would be delayed since they were away at SuperGame2022 but they wanted to assure me that they had my order and offered me a free color upgrade on the part I ordered (I declined as I wanted the part in black) to compensate for the delay.

    I feel they are upholding Mike's tradition of customer service first and foremost.

      That’s great to hear. I’ve ordered from them a fair bit at this point as well and I’ve been very impressed. Friendly, customer-centric service that is responsive to inquiries and phone calls. They also ship very quickly

        I’ve only dealt with them over email, but they have been very responsive to communication and quick with shipments. No complaints here

          I called them up and left a voicemail asking if they had any green/silver acid wash parts left kicking around. Jesse called me right at 8am their time to let me know he looked everywhere and only found a feed tube in that ano. I was blown away they actually had something, I paid through their site for the tube and they mailed it that day.

          When leaving a voicemail it mentioned that they are also "The Angel Guy" so on the phone we chatted about an 06 Speed that I had without working eyes. I ended up sending that in to them and he let me know when it showed up. Then called again to go over the issues and the possible fixes. I just told him to do what he recommended. The marker came back in a week and was in perfect working condition.

          I will absolutely be doing business with them again.

            I've been searching for green/silver parts as well, and feel like there was another member in the part swap thread looking. I wonder if enough of us were interested in a large enough order if they'd hook us up.

            Yep, have to hand it to EV, they're very responsive. We're encountering issues with my current order (basically, they don't have the parts to build a marker in a single colour, although some are coming in in a few weeks), but they're actively trying to figure something out. Good CS.

              +1 on this, they helped me out with some colored parts couple years ago, always responsive, and on a recent order I forgot some parts. They sent me an invoice for them but covered the shipping cost. Outstanding!

                Another happy/repeat EV customer here too! Jesse is a top-notch customer service dude! Never been disappointed with any purchase from them. If there was ever an issue with supply, Jesse always calls to clear it up and find a solution before shipping. After the phone call, there is a shipping notification in my email within the hour every single time.

                  Just dropped by their Eugene store yesterday. Was able to pick up a dust black barrel and chat with their Angel tech about an O-ring issue. A+ dudes!!!!

                    Bought my own phantom to my liking from EV. From the get go, Jesse has been up front about lead times, availability, shipping, and has held up. Ordered a few more pieces to dial some details in while my collection builds..
                    I wasn't around for Mike/CCI, but based on the experience I have had this far, they have surpassed any of my personal expectations going in. It's good to hear from the more senior folks here that the tradition survived - haven't found anyone that has anything bad to say about CCI or the Phantom.

                      I'll vouch for EV's excellent CS once again. I just got my brand new Phantom and I'm really happy. Communication with Jesse is excellent and he goes above and beyond.
