I got a call last night from Extreme Velocity (Phantom Online) about my order that I put in this past weekend.
I was aware that it would be delayed since they were away at SuperGame2022 but they wanted to assure me that they had my order and offered me a free color upgrade on the part I ordered (I declined as I wanted the part in black) to compensate for the delay.
I feel they are upholding Mike's tradition of customer service first and foremost.
