Got the trigger figured out πŸ˜…
3D printed with a titanium skid plate ...
Still need to fine-tune the spring, but it's usable as-is πŸ‘

Last minute trip to the field yesterday, so rushed assembled to have it functional!

The spring feed gave me more trouble than on a single barrel phantom ... So I removed the spring and rocked back 🀘

        Still to do:
        - fix the trigger spring? (I lost it and didn't even realized πŸ˜…)
        - fix the spring feed
        - print and test the new gate - print the final feed block to be able to mount a red dot on top πŸ˜‹

ID:	361750 So I found these feeds worked better for me. I kept hitting my mask with the standard CCI feeds. I’ll send you the link in a pm.

            This looks sweet!
            Are they SLA or FDM?

I checked the link you sent and they are SLS.
Selective laser sintering (SLS) use a laser to melt plastic pounder together it's much stronger than Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM, aka: the most common home printer). But the SLS machines are expensive, $20k for a small tabletop one to $500+K for a full size industrial unit.

          my issues were 2 fold:
          1) more double feed than usual: I forgo the orings n the roundhead, put the oring on and no more double feed! (I feel kinda dump for that one πŸ˜…)
          2) the second ball drop too low and has issue returning into the feed (alway going to be an issue on breach drop), got some tweek to teh geometry, will see how they work πŸ‘

The good news is that i will also implement all those tweaks into the next batch of feeds

For some flare added this weekend.
still need to do the rear gate, the stock CCI are to wild to fit both tubes.

Next is the VASA ... Frame milling time!

              Needs a bit more testing.
The gate needs a few more tweaks ... The last ball tend to jam preventing the rear to load ...

Got the VASA installed and plumbed.
I think it's pretty much done!

                  But guess what?
I like the BBA much better than the VASA πŸ˜…
So I'll get an other frame and I'll have 2 for this little guy 😎

Also found a solution for the feed tube in the way of the tank gauge, I made a tool to remove/install the tubes easily.

I'm gonna finish up the other frame and take some pictures with the tank in the back. It's so much more comfortable and perfectly balance that way ...

And absolutely! Phoenix meetup! Double barrel meetup!

I picked up the creators personal Phoenix. I think it would be fitting if you guys came to Arizona to play with the Phoenix's IN Phoenix.
