    New to Phantoms: Questions

Hello all. My first phantom came in the mail today and as you can see from the pics that it’s a bit of a mess. Missing the internals and pump arm.

I went to my local shop (Hogans Alley) and Nick had some old parts squirreled away and I was able to pick up a pump handle, arm, hammer, spring, and compensator.

I am on the search for a bolt, but I am understanding that they’re are two different types of bolts (length?).

Can anyone confirm what I got and what style bolt I need?

I think you need to refer to the exploded parts diagram on the Phantom website. That stack is out of order in that one pic.

EDIT: I’m not sure what I’m looking at either…

EDIT EDIT: Ah….thats the center of the bolt. I’ve never seen one removed before since there’s no reason to ever do it. That must be what a compensator is. Please disregard my confusion.

        What you still need:
bolt- any cci bolt from the last 30 years will be fine.
        Front frame screw
Full pump handle/arm assembly (handle, arm, nut, washer, return spring)
        Barrel

As SignofZeta said, wouldn't hurt to take a look at the parts diagram just so you know what the parts look like and how it all goes together.

If it’s easier, here’s a some photos of a Phantom disassembled. I’d don’t it easier looking at actually parts rather than a parts explosion.

This might be the least useful teardown I’ve done, but that’s okay. Subject Phantom: And start by removing the easy parts!
