Ok everyone, this is approaching design freeze. I've tested everything that can be tested in plastic, so it's time to get that production run started and put the first article through its paces.
Key features:
Gas in grip
CCI Pierce
No change to field strip procedure or hardware
Nelspot-style pierce screw - with a "shortchange" designed up, too.
Standard 1911 grips
Compatible with all CCI/ Wevo U/C kits, as well as regular pump handles
CCI trigger compatible
Required components:
Frame
"Trapdoor"
Valve body (or modify the stock body, if you have a cool ano to preserve)
Required modifications to your gun:
Widen sear slot for the last inch of the body (3/8" mill, or calipers, dremel, and file)
I'm going to lock this thread and start a preorder thread shortly (mod approved!). Time to put some skin in the game, and let me know people are serious about helping bring this to reality!Feedback

I mean, correct me if I’m wrong but - I can’t possibly be the only one that is having a burgeoning tumescence in the nether regions as we watch this progress….I’m not alone here am I????Rockin' a Phantom and a T2...CCI & CCM for the win.

I'm trying to be thorough on this, as it's the largest project I've personally done (lots easier with a corporations machines and money), but the business now exists as of Friday, so I'm back to focusing on components. I even have a(n admittedly crappy) website I'll point people towards soon.
Changed roles at work, so there's a bit of extra travel at the moment, but this project ranks just a hair behind keeping the kids alive and wife happy, so it's gonna happen soon.
Thanks for your patience! I'd rather be slow than the next Hall of Shamer.Feedback

The ball continues to roll forward - but I'm not going to do a preorder until the first article is in my hand, just to avoid massive levels of headache and disappointment if something goes wrong on this first batch.
Keep your eyes open - and check MCB (or your email if you subscribed on the website) before you go shopping on Black Friday (I know, terrible timing). I want one on my Phantoms by Christmas, and figure some of you would, as well.Feedback

Since people have asked, no news recently. The machinist promised first article by the end of the month, but as well all know - if you have to rank good, cheap, and fast, it's best to put fast last.
I'm still hoping to be doing QC and opening for preorder in December, and then crossing my fingers for the Anodizer's turnaround.Feedback

I appreciate all of your patience.
I will know by Christmas, hopefully sooner, whether the current design is ready for preorders or needs that one last tweak. Of course, the mailman skipped my house today and I'm on business travel for the next few days.
This will require a Phantom body, pump (any EV/ CCI variety), and all internals, to answer a common question. It will replace the frame, valve body, and gas supply.
The body needs a small, hidden modification, which I'll be offering for a nominal fee. I'll also publish prints for the modification to anyone with a mill or Dremel and steady hand.
That said... next week would be an excellent time to check this thread.
