These work for both the lpr seat and for the main valve. 100% necessary. Also as mentioned in prior posts, get fresh hose. Will save you time and suffering.

Seals are ordered, new hose is on the way-Thanks SupraDan! I want to order that SCM3 super bad but $90 could go a long way for me in the form of gasoline

There are many complaints about the stock promaster lpr, but they’re not really about its performance especially if yours is going to remain mostly stock. The biggest annoyance is the adjustment lug being slotted. Almost nothing meshes with the slot securely enough to prevent the lug from marring/deforming which creates an aesthetic issue. Another complaint for those who heavily modify their markers is the reduced volume over previous designs. For some one just restoring a promaster back to functionality, the stock lpr is totally fine. They generally don’t creep and have a built in over-pressurization safety. If you’re not dying to spend the money, don’t. I have seven promasters and only one has an aftermarket lpr on it.

Paintball is a fun disease to have. I’ll be getting mine out this weekend for an event. Can’t wait.

$10 buys you all the hose you can dream of from Amazon!!! I have extra if any of you guys need any! So I cut the hose a little long in hopes of not stressing the fittings. What I found is when increasing the LPR pressure you will find out where the hose needs to be straightened out. My little extra loop needed the grip panel to push on the hose- which is janky but hey! No leaks!! Marker cycles now!! My LPR gauge is still dead but I plan to just plug it with a stud.

a big thank you to you guys- it just took one voice to say don't give up. At this point in my life- 2 kids keeps me busy so I have a valuable hour or two in the morning to dedicate to projects- and I was stressin about this one (unnecessarily)- I sort of chalked it up to a failure.

I'll get some video of paint going through it. Next for this marker-
      repair the aftermarket bolt
install that sweet scm3 when it comes in
figure out that valve and maybe get that thing back in here

thanks for all the support MCB!

Glad it's working again. The more Promasters on the field, the better!

Ok, still having trouble cycling. I rebuilt the solenoid, rebuilt the ram. I am suspecting my dwell settings might be off! The Chaos board manual online is a little bit confusing. I set dwell for 13 clicks just prior to running out of air and things were sounding great! I cant believe i overlooked how i was doing the dwell settings. but what they have listed seems strange, 1 blink -2.5ms, 2 blinks =3.0ms, 3blinks is 3.5ms- fast foward on their chart and the next value is 15 blinks is 18 ms, 16 blinks is 18.5ms. If every blink represents a 0.5mks increase-14 blinks would be 9ms- and then 15 blinks just doubles it? seems like a typo somewhere. I think my dwell now is set to 8.5ms. I will test again when i get some air this friday!

It may be easier to set the gun up on the stock board and confirm it is dialed in before dropping in the chaos board. It would at least eliminate some variables.
