The Tigershark powertube is a larger diameter than the bore in the valve nut... it took me 30-45 minutes pacing around the apartment rolling the powertube in some sandpaper, smoking bowls, listening to music... fits perfect, now. Lol.
The Tigershark powertube is also slightly shorter, allowing air to expand in the bolt a little before hitting the ball. For better or worse. Still remains in the bolt throughout the pump stroke, so it being shorter is nothing to worry about.
I sleep better at night knowing it's metal... other than that it's just something cool to do for the sake for having something cool to say you did.
My Trracer's stock class setup. I used this last weekend and other than the crappy Crosman 12 grams, was very happy with it. I played the second half of the day open class after getting 15 rounds from one 12ie a couple times.
Love it, now that's open class! Crown Royal bag is the icing on the cake. I used to use the same bag when I was a kid collecting payments for my paper route.
Holds about 25 rounds if I keep 1 chambered but very comfortably holds 20, because 10rd tubes. The Cat duct tape could be the best thing on there... LOL! I just wish I could have a better blue match instead of the 3 different ones VERY visible from the front! Runs great on 12g, 9oz co2, HPA. 9oz seems to be the best balance and control with shouldering it. It's easy to convert it back to magfed if I want to shoot some FS rounds out of it too. Take off the pump arm then 1 screw out of the back and then pump guide. The lower drops out for a quick replacement.
