Trying to do something to distract myself. I've been having back pain for 2 days now, so I am behind on sending out orders. Sorry for the delay.
Anyway, I made a detent for the brass Sterling. I also stripped the body again. Now I'm making it a brass Sterling VSC. I'll probably go with a brass hardline. I'm going to chop up a rear ASA, and drill and tap a new fitting on the side of it for a cleaner hard line. Then I still need to tune it, and maybe I'll use it at Slims.

Can you guess which one I side tapped?

Just gotta clean these up, reassemble the complete one, and send these back to jdgreen76

Also I'm still working on that second double, should be done soon though.

I use these ones, but if it takes 12 grams in the lower tube, they need to be shortened by about 0.1 inches. They are also just a bit smaller diameter, so lining it up and getting the nut straight can be challenging if you don't have a good rivnut tool. These are the best ones I've found so far that require the least modification.

Looks good. Your last build was killer especially the dual five round feed with the quick feed to top it off! I have a quick question, I have a pmi that needs a front nutsert replaced. But I only have the flush mount type. The original one sticks up above the surface which I thought was to help locate the frame and keep it from moving when you are pumping the marker. Would you know what the original type is called or recommend one that you use. Thanks

    Where's this one going?

Possibly the last time I see this thing. Such an intense build, and I'm glad it's done and it actually works. It's all wrapped up tight now, ready to go.

Thanks, me too. It's likely only going to get 10 shots per 12g like the other double, so swap out 12g every 2 tubes of paint.
Working...
