Unfortunately the grip mounting threads in the plastic frame are stripped, so I'll have to put in a threaded insert. The tank was born in '95 (I'm sure Meleager7 will enjoy the decals).

Look like a moded PGP with some nice grip in the box and a Sheridan KP3 (seem like its missing a pump handle, can't see more on this picture... pump handle can be 3d printed if you need one I made some 3d model).

Got a Micro CA-II and set it up on my sniper. First 12gram gets fewer full velocity shots now (down from 37) but the check valve means the next 12 gram when changed at the same point gets like 45+. That extra bit of pressurization is pretty great it turns out.

I like having the gauge to show me when I am ready to swap too.

had a jamieson body, ended up trading it for a raw evo left feed body then sent that to mozak for the feedneck mod and slender milling. prefer it to the jamieson body, and hes made it one of his standard cuts so you can still have one made

Qmoto helped me by linking me to ebay for this. It was listed for parts, but it is complete. Haven't aired it up yet, but I expect it to work. Now to find an Illusion without paying current rates....lol.

Update: Tested it with paint and it shot kind of AMAZING. That piercing crack crack crack sounded delightful.
It seems to be all stock. I just added the ASA and macroline.
How necessary are those Martymods?

Mad Marty's mods are only necessary if you plan on using your RM regularly - they prevent the internals from eventually breaking themselves.

They do improve the performance considerably, though, so it's worth it in my eyes.

There's a great writeup on them in the Brass Eagle section. 😉

Careful some of those were recalled for safety due to bad lenses. I had one and someone stole mine watch out for the one eyed bandit who took it. Most likely did me a favor.
