Multi-Barrel Markers!

While sort of covered by the PPS mention above... I think a small note goes out to this "Nasty Houndsphoon"
She's a Nasty Typhoon that was then stripped and converted to pump (Houndstooth) and thus became the Nasty Houndsphoon. And she's quite the village bicycle...

I was talking with my son about my old Piranha Evo that I upped with a ScenarioDreams T-board over a decade ago. Of course that led to some of the other crazy things Darren made, like a timing circuit and motor-driven minigun with ion guts. The thing looked sweet!
EDIT: The GIF shows paint coming from the barrels at the top as they spin rather than from the center.
The internet archive has the writeup:
https://web.archive.org/web/20090502...es/minigun.htm
Unfortunately the pics for his v2 simplified version weren’t preserved. But it isn’t really a multi-barrel marker anyway.

Darren made two versions: the first was a single ion base with a rotating barrel system and a timing circuit to fire precisely when a barrel lined up with the breach. The next was a simpler design with an ion that shot out the center of the ring of barrels - the barrels were just decorative on the second version, but on the first they were certainly functional. I think it meets the definition of a “multi-barrel marker” even if it has a single gun at its core. I’ve edited the post above with links to the different versions.Last edited by lhamilton1807; 02-05-2022, 08:27 AM.

Not sure… this is from ScenarioDreams.com and the archived page has only one photo preserved. The text from the page hints that he took the feed trays from three eggs and was going to build a big hopper with those integrated inside.

I THINK his name had ninja in it in the old forum. Maybe the same guy that was doing the magfed automags? I could be wrong on that last part though, but ninja in the name jumps out. When we lost the old forum, I lost track of her

GanonsGrin I thought it was GhostFlanker that did the magfed Mags. Was it his?

It might be ghostflanker that bought it from me. I could 100% be remembering the ninja thing incorrectly. It’s a starting point, nonetheless.

My old peacemaker. Pumpstroke like a bear. Wound up sending it to greener pastures because occasional double feeds meant I was sending 4 balls down range at once. That just felt dirty in Stockclass play.
Bret G kbg #3. This thing is too much fun. I added some nail polish detents and a full stock. Points really well and the ball spread is remarkably small, sometimes ball on ball.
