One other idea—a Hawaiian-style adapter for Emeks.
-Is that something you want, or something you think many people would want?

You gents have already given me plenty to play with (and I already had a fair list, myself) and I need to prioritize a bit.

Replacement power tubes for bore drop and breech drop in #4 & #6.
-Again, I thought those were commonly available. CCI, I thought, has breech-drop, and LAPCO the bore-drop. Is that not the case?

How about some Sheridan Autococker frame adapter plates.
    -That one's easy. Single-screw or .45?

Assuming the BKO/EM1/Primal/B2k vertical ASA's are all the same, I will definitely be willing to send you my backup bushy to copy.

[No longer applicable, leaving for context] I'm also working on getting numbers from the Facebook crew, but right now a run of Bushy valves is also being asked for.

Personally, I've got a few super-small run (5-10 pieces) stuff for my freestyles, but I'll message you separately for those.

Edit: Out of respect for Sam at Vaporworks, not going to push/suggest for a run of bushy valves, will stick to vertical adapters only.

          ICD-O.

The consensus is a run of valves that mimic the old "ebay" valves that were sold back in the day. If I have some slow days at work next year I plan on working on a balanced poppet design for bushies, but, uh, that's quite a mountain climb for not a lot reward.

-No worries there; as I've said, I'm not here to stomp on any toes or 'steal' products. At the moment, I'm looking for stuff that was either never made as aftermarket in the first place (like the Montneel seals) or was but is no longer being made. (Like those Spyder slim-striker sleeves.)

Maybe it's just me, but does the length of the Phanton grip bother anyone else? It's too long for traditional wrap around grips. A 1/4" shorter grip would make for a better fit for your fingers.

Everything about the phantom .45 block is bad. It’s not just the length, it’s the hole spacing and where the web of hand fits at the top. The length doesn’t bother me, everything being a bit wonky does

I'd love to be able to put a Pachmyr Wraparound Wood Grip https://www.ebay.com/itm/174862498731 on my Phantom, but it is a non-standard .45 grip size.

Evil Omen valve stems? They seem to be made entirely out of delrin and wear out where the stem contacts the hammer side of the valve. I don't know if they could be made as a multi-piece assambly to take standard Spyder cup seals with a metal shaft. There would need to be some kind of bumper for the hammer to hit so it doesn't get damaged as a result though.

I don’t think it’s just you. All the love in the world to Mike, truly, he’s one of the GOATs. But the stock Phantom grip is lacking. CCM (lol) and RTR are the only game in town, and again, seemingly, to my bum self this seems like something that could sell a dozen or two and give Doc some of the experience he’s looking for.

The ccm frame and the rtr frame didn’t fix anything about it except the ccm frame makes it flat on bottom for people wanting to run rails.

The Sergi frame is flat on bottom with a hump too it’s the best one out there but all the other probs still apply. They’re just grip blocks so without getting a little radical they don’t do much for the feel. Needs to fill in the space by the thing screw

Literally every option you can think of is available for the phantom if you look outside the paintball industry. They take AR grips. If you can run a hand drill and a tap you can put stocks on many different AR grips that bolt on the phantom. CCM has the nicest profile I think thats what I run. I put aluminum panels on mine and I really like the feel. But I never had an issue with any of what Mike offered I do like Hogue grips on the 45 frame tho.

My hand rides all the way up the stock grip and Hogue’s while in game and it drives me crazy. I do not have this problem with the CCM 86 and Hogue’s. I thought this was the main reason people swapped their stock grips. Am I the only person that has this problem?

Haha yeah probably not the highest priority. Still just annoying to me that we live in the brave new world of hoseless markers and yet we’ve had to sacrifice mounting options for our ASAs in trade. I for one would rather keep the hose and the options, though I’m sure that’s not necessarily the prevailing opinion.

I stand by my universal VSC idea though! I think some people might be into that one, maybe lol.

Those regs are great but with what it would cost for a reg cap you could probably be close to getting a almost the same thing in a sleeker fashion from inception.

Pump/Stock - In my opinion there are no entry level pumps on the market right now and the cheap pumps you can get used don't have adjustable velocity or don't have paint matching barrel options or both. I think there is a market for parts that let you upgrade some of the very common older pumps.
                  - Trracer/Hornet stock class bodies with a CCI threaded hole for feed blocks and cutouts similar to a Tippmann SL-68 II so you can use a pull-through squeegee in the field.
                  - Trracer/Hornet different caliber barrel backs. The barrels are too thin to freak bore.
                  - Euro Grip ASA. These are really hard to find for Trracer/Hornet and Sterlings
                  - TigerShark barrels. I have freak bored stock barrels, but I'd love some simple 12" or 14" barrel options
                  - TigerShark valve seat/nut velocity upgrade to expose internal ports. Ty McNeer did mine, but he's not doing paintball stuff anymore.

                  - Pro-Lite/Carbine expanded volume valve. I still use CO2, but I've heard both of these models are hit or miss on HPA. I have also heard Pro-Carbine valves can work in both.
                  - Spyder/Piranha single triggers and/or single trigger grips
                  - Rear Velocity Adjuster for Tippmann Pro-Lite/Carbine/Pro-Carbine (and not the LAPCO/TASO/Proline version with the big silver knob with no tournament lock). I've attached an image. It came with a fancy cap that screwed on so you couldn't see the Allen screw. The cap and threads aren't necessary, but the threaded section extends it enough to provide more adjustability for the Allen screw.

I'm digging this style of RVA, it could come in handy with my Mini-Lite liquid co2 tuning, reducing the need to cut my somewhat rare prolite mainspring.

I got it because I play mostly outlaw and the next CO2 fill is a long drive away, so I tune as many of my guns for efficiency as I can. I also own a TASO and a Proline version and they're not nearly as good as this one. I wish I remember who made it. The one upgrade this needs is some holes drilled into the sides like the stock Pro-Lite plug to let you start turning it with an allen wrench. Right now I have to remove it with a plumbers strap wrench.

I think the M98/BT-4 spring kits are the same as Pro-Lite spring kits. I see them on eBay from retail stores pretty often.

Maybe it's just me, but does the length of the Phanton grip bother anyone else? It's too long for traditional wrap around grips. A 1/4" shorter grip would make for a better fit for your fingers.
-I have fairly large hands, and yeah, the stock "M-16" grip just doesn't cut it. The add-on '45' blocks are better, and I'm a big fan of the apparently-rare 86 grips (or whatever they're called with the Tanfoglio grip scales) but it's still not the greatest.

I've been wanting to make myself a custom frame for a while now, but more as a one-off, not a production piece. That's, again, probably something that should be passed on to somebody that already has experience cutting grip frames.

                    Evil Omen valve stems?
-Oddly enough, the Omen is one of those guns I've never had pass through the shop. If somebody wants to loan me one for a while, I'll have a look.

Expanding on this, how about an Adjustable Reg Cap and Knob for the Sledgehammer LPR !
-Wait, I thought that's what we were talking about. The "Twister" cap's I've dealt with have all been fitted to LPRs- the only one's I've seen used on the inline regs were the old AKA caps.

Trracer/Hornet stock class bodies with a CCI threaded hole for feed blocks and cutouts similar to a Tippmann SL-68 II so you can use a pull-through squeegee in the field.
-Doable, except for the pull-thru port. The Trracer has two pump arms, which limits the room for such a thing, and even on the Hornet, that's a big hole in a the thin-wall tube.

Trracer/Hornet different caliber barrel backs. The barrels are too thin to freak bore.
-I don't, yet, have the tooling to make a proper barrel. Freak barrels, sure, since the insert provides the smooth bore surface. But not from-scratch.

Euro Grip ASA. These are really hard to find for Trracer/Hornet and Sterlings
-Those I already have on the list. Point in fact, I made one, by hand, before a commercially available ASA was released.Started out making a bottomline adapter (that is, a flat plate with the two holes drilled, so you could mount a stock) which I fitted to a TS-1 back in 1997 or so. Shortly after that, I made a direct ASA, and not long after that, the first commercial ones hit the shelves, which were basically identical to mine. (Not saying they were copied- the design and layout is obvious and dictated by the grip itself, of course, so naturally they'd be very similar.)

TigerShark barrels. I have freak bored stock barrels, but I'd love some simple 12" or 14" barrel options
-It's been a long while since I had a Tigershark in the shop, but from what I recall, I suspect I could convert some of my "Bull" barrels to fit. I'd need a Shark to fit it to, though.

TigerShark valve seat/nut velocity upgrade to expose internal ports. Ty McNeer did mine, but he's not doing paintball stuff anymore.
-Yep, I did a couple a lot like that back in the day. I can't really see making a large run of the retainer nuts, but I wouldn't mind making a dozen or two.

                    Pro-Lite/Carbine expanded volume valve.
-Only way to do that would be to add an external "volumizer" in place of the inlet air line. The body of the receiver keeps you from making the diameter any longer, and the power tube and hammer spacings limit any significant changes in length. Theoretically, with a custom power tube, or integrated power tube, you could lengthen it towards the bolt a little, but that'd be an entirely-new, from-scratch valve. Probably more expensive than anybody'd pay just for a minor benefit.

Spyder/Piranha single triggers and/or single trigger grips
-Doable, especially if made to accept "M-16" grips. A one-piece 45 grip would start getting expensive.

Rear Velocity Adjuster for Tippmann Pro-Lite/Carbine/Pro-Carbine (and not the LAPCO/TASO/Proline version with the big silver knob with no tournament lock). I've attached an image.
                    -Easily doable.
