A rare Rotor upgrade kit I didn't know existed

Apparently there's not many of these so if they do ever pop up they go for a ton. Had never heard of them before. From "Seed Paintball", also a name I've never heard, and it included a new board that allows the loader to spin backwards if it detects a jam plus two different motors. Obviously these didn't do so well or we would see more but I thought it was interesting

The Seed kit really didn’t improve performance other then higher rates of fire. Lots of guys were able to get better results in that category but using X mod engines that could be purchased out of China for like $6. The Seed kit cost more then what you pay for a rotor now. They did add ball barings to the lower gear cup but it didn’t really make all that much of a difference. 90% snake oil.

Dye had a video of a dm7 actually shooting 40bps with a stock rotor...... Who felt that wasn't enough?

14 years ago paint fit the dye rotor perfectly. Seems like this was solution to a problem that didn’t exist. Also the rotor would jam in the actual feedneck if it were to catastrophically jam which was beyond the drives ability to unjam by merely reversing

I used an LTR for a long time with zero problems no matter how bad the paint. Just turned the tension down is all

I also don't have any issues with OG Rotors of varying ages using modern small ball paint
