I want just about every external part to be the same material, ideally aluminum. I cannot stand how seemingly every modern marker comes with a rubberized "foregrip" and don't even get me started on how they decides to do away with external regs and macro line. The only exception is when it's for a real extreme budget markers.

I wanna anno or patina the marker so everything matches, and the only rubber should be grips (but those you should get in aluminum from ODM anyways).

I'm not the biggest fan of the gas-thru grip design that moden markers go with. Like I understand that you don't have to deal with air lines, but I like having the option to swap the regulators.

I designed the emf100 body style after it about a month after planet eclipse released the gun..... Inceptions version came out after mine was selling and had a lot of buzz in the magfed community.

Yes 3d printed but using commerical SLS machined printing in carbon fiber reinforced nylon.

The tech9 is a firearm design from the 80s, which means it’s precisely not your design at all. I’ve seen you suggest previously in other posts that inception ā€œcopied your designā€ but it’s not your design.

And it’s no surprise people bought your kit, the tech9 has been popularized in media for decades. Also at the time you released those bodies magfed was entirely an AR scene (arguably still is). I also agree with cstx_pb about AGD. And if inception copied ā€œyour designā€ is Nova guilty too with the N4 Odin? I’m not sure if Umarex counts but their z-tap tech9 kit has been out for awhile too.

I didn’t buy your kit because it’s plastic. Inception offered something better and people bought it.

Spoken like an inception fan boy.
My body was out long before inceptions to release one that looks exactly the same as someone else's product regardless of how it's made is......A COPY! More so that I did it first and Simon came along after seeing mine in person at an event and released one. Oh wait and then someone reported that body design as "a copy of his work" on shapeways effectively kill my ability to sell it.... Mysterious the same we he dropped his.

Nova didn't copy anything because I am no longer in the paintball industry. I refuse to support this hobby as a business anymore as it's basically full of sharks and thieves.

wow, i never thought I'd find somebody who dislikes Simon.

Did you have a patent on your design? Because if so, nothing was "stolen" That's the long and short of it. It's unfortunately the way the world works with everything, not just paintball.
Look at how many companies have copied the Planet Eclipse gamma core design; and PE isn't bitter about it.

              Lol
Because patent law in the USA is well aligned with morality and ethics, especially in paintball

Every single industry is full of sharks and copycats. Paintball is not immune.
