I think the only thing would maybe be a mint or near mint, all original/complete, all gloss black CCM S6 with a (not thin) 45 frame, standard round pump handle.
What’s everyone’s grail paintball marker?

You rang?

If you want a double-barrel 'Cocker, it's either one of my Vee-Twins, or one of Ken's Ma-Deuces. Mine are made to order, not sure if Ken's still doing his.
lsc5150 is right- I can make you anything, given a little time.
And echoing Ecap, I've already had and handled virtually all the 'grails' I ever wanted. (And, as he noted, sometimes been let down by them.)
That said, I have a number of 'grails' I still want- markers I want to build. I've had some ideas rattling around in my skull for, in some cases, decades, and as a creative lunatic in a machine shop, you have no idea how badly I want to build them.
(I actually started on one last week, and the parts still make me giggle when I pick them up.

I've been lucky to cross most of my unicorns off the list. Have kept many and sold those I found weren't everything I hoped.
Currently have 2 unicorns.- Kapp Flame cocker, black background hotrod flames. But I refuse to pay today's prices.
- Special autococker I believe I'm close to buying.
Of course there is always another Unicorn to chase. Just don't know what it is yet.Comment

The only unicorn I’m chasing is more play time and hitting up some of the larger events (fulda and similar).
the only marker that ever really reached unicorn status I ended up owning within 3/4 years of drooling over magazine ads. Here in a few months I’ll have owned it 20 years and have made it truly mine.1 Photo👍 2Comment

PPS Blaphoon. There's only one and the last I saw of it was in a Bacci video, in a somewhat state of disrepair so it's very likely languishing in a box somewhere.
So I'm going to build my own version.
Cal440, Sadman102, DocsMachine It's a Typhoon with a .45 Blazer frame, and removable barrel a la the BBT Typhoon. The lower tube is shortened considerably and the Rock is on the right side like a Squall.

Oh man
Mine doesn't exist

I've had plenty land in my hands but I tend to eventually sell them and try not to hoard too long. Thankfully many have made their way back to me over the years as people message me and sell them back. I'm always happy to buy them back.
I haven't been offered my Lapco Daystar back. I miss that one. That one was
I also have never actually owned a California Cobra. I've had a chance here or there, but never jumped on it when it came up/around. I guess I just don't "need" it, but that would be my one if I had to choose. Followed by the Lapco Stock Class gun that was made. Huge Lapco fan if you couldn't figure it out. ColinT used to hang out on the original forums before he passed and I used to pick his brain every chance I could.I am the admin...👍 1Comment

-No current waiting list. I'm working (altogether too slowly) on an extremely-special-order VT, and have two profiled bodies waiting, but no other standing orders. I'll PM you the details.I Dm you no rush just want to know if there’s a waiting list
-Y'know, I never thought about making that a pump.Actually.... Add to my list the over under sniper you're tinkering on lol
But yeah, I've been wanting to revisit that idea, too. The old Evil Twin thread produced several good ideas, and I'd love to cut another one. Want to do a commission?
-You... never saw the original year-long, sixteen-page Vee-Twin thread?Oh wow! Man, I have one of your cockers I need to finish putting together. Bah... This looks awesome though
-That's what makes the world go 'round!I'm an inventor personality - I can't really appreciate anything the way it is!
That's why we have things like 'constant air' (an improvement over 12-grams) compressed air (an improvement over CO2) semiautos (an improvement over pumps) selectable-bore barrels (an improvement over factory too-large bores) force-fed loaders (an improvement over agitators, which were themselves an improvement over gravity alone...)
I have at least half a dozen ideas for "improving" what are now long-obsolete markers. One famous one was crippled going from the inventor's original design to the "design by committee" that eventually made it to the store shelves. I've always wanted to build a "modernized" version, to make it more in line with what was even back then becoming the standardized tourney-level tech.
Problem there is I'd have to build 80% of the gun from scratch.
(Then again, I'm currently building 100% of a gun from scratch- literally everything but the screws and springs.
)
-It's not so much the cost in money, for me it's the cost in time. I have the machines, I have most of the tooling... I just need the time to be able to do just-for-fun/nonpaying work. The grail is whatever is in my imagination, and my imagination can never justify the RnD cost...
.... Either that or I need some of you lot to blank-check-commission some really weird and off-thye-wall stuff.

Aint that the truth.
Similarly I loved the Dye Dam - probably the closest thing to a grail for me, but it had so many obvious design oversights. Too much speedball in drag, not enough serious scenario/woods machine. But a magfed with eyes and modes like triple burst... I love that, and nobody else has touched it. Also it was a bit bulky and overdesigned, but meh.
A Dam2 with these fixes would have been a wonderful thing. Alas, that'll never happen, and screw Dave. I lack the skills for any part of it besides the ergonomic and visual design.
Time is a resource we don't understand the value of until we have kids and family and stressful jobs. -
Hmmm I'll start that conversation eventually

-I've had the chance over the years to grab a few goodies. Nothing too wild, I've never had much spending money (and all too often, hardly any operating money) but I've definitely seen a few.I also have never actually owned a California Cobra. I've had a chance here or there, but never jumped on it when it came up/around. I guess I just don't "need" it, but that would be my one if I had to choose.
Thing is, especially given my finances, I could never justify buying just for the sake of buying. I mean, if I had a storefront and a lot of foot traffic coming in the door, I'd love to have a "braggin' wall" with a bunch of cool stuff hangin' on the wall.
But an ratty old garage in the backwoods of Left Armpit, Alaska? That'd be a waste even if I did have the money.
