No word on the internal workings but all of Umarex's .68 caliber stuff up this point has been some variation on a blow-forward.
Default power source is an 88gram CO2 cartridge but adapters for dual 12 grams and HPA tanks are available.
Similar to a TMC it has the capacity to be switched to feed from a traditional hopper elbow on the right side of the gun by use of a dummy magazine.
Velocity is actually adjustable this time, apparently via a regulator at the rear of the gun, but the adjustment tool is built into the onboard removable cover, which may be an issue.
Barrel is actually removable this time too, and is autococker-threaded.
Gun and magazine are capable of loading what Umarex calls "precision balls" which resemble FSR shaped projectiles but might not be.
Magazine appears to be propriertary and has an advertised 20 round capacity.
A cursory glance at the manual does indeed make it look like it's blow-forward, but there's no easy way to clean this thing in the inevitable event of a chamber break. Looks like the whole shebang would have to be split apart and reassembled.
Someone with more time ought to see what can be gleaned from the schematic : https://www.umarex.com/download/manu...ctions_web.pdf
