While i have not been posting in here, i have been working on things........

I spent some time this weekend dialing in a few things on a trilogy body for a customer. Feedneck mod, Minied, Ram mount removed, bottom cut to match the Inception mini front block.
I will bring the feedneck cut a little lower on the next one to get rid of that lip, but other than that this one turned out pretty solid.

I was able to tackle a few feedneck mods this weekend, rebuild on the system x autococker below which was previously feedneck modded. I also cut thing to do some testing on.

Needed a little deburring but otherwise came out great. First time cutting stainless on the Haas and it came out nice and clean.

I was able to get the above valve assembled in a mag and shooting with level 10. Operating at 525 psi out of the sidewinder. I think that is pretty solid It has proven to be more consistent and not have the shootdown it did before. I need to get some more play time on it.


I did also take a crack at midblocking a trashed trilogy body that was kicking around. I definitely need to shorten the tool stick out and adjust the speeds and feeds. It will get there but for a first crack at it looks functional and tool is still in tact.

I was also able to program and cut some parts for my Dad. Bracket thing he is working on.

Dad's birthday today. Spent a little time working on his project last night. Here are all the pieces machined for one of assemblies. Will post a final pic once it gets welded and put together.

Not that long ago Angry Antle did a thread repair modification to a belsales evo ram that had damaged threads. I decided to do my own spin on that.

I had a broken inception ram I was waiting to get to with all of my other projects…. Anyway.





I bored the back of the inception ram to until it just broke through the oring groove. Then thread milled it for 3/8 - 36 ( I think that was the right size). Checked to make sure it threaded in like it should and then modified the shocktech threaded portion.

The shocktech part needed to be drilled through to match the larger inception shaft. Front needed to be cut back to match the depth from the back of the ram to the oring groove. Threads chamfered to allow it to sit flush against the oring wall. Lastly chamfer front and back of the bored hole to remove the sharp edges.
