Barrel sizers for ats markers . These ones I made so each ring 688,687,686,685 all the way to like 670.
this way every ball is sized . I believe this acient paintball archo tech to be far superior than freak inserts. I have both freak incerted ats barrel and the stock one, inhve run test, and they show thatcth stock ats barrel with the rubber multi sizer is FAR more consistent than any 5inch freak I could put in.
I want to make these out of rubber or a simular material the original ones are, any one know any type of good material maybe silicone? I would need to cast them with a mold maybe I could 3d print the mold .not sure how to cast rubber lol but I printed with super soft tpu4 Photos

Id be interested in teh STL if you're willing to share.

What is the best way to send stl files?
This is just my first version and tested it today with great success it's even better than the stock rubber sizer more consistent fps only 10 -or+ fps , they are much smaller for today's small paint.
I might improve on the designs by adding more rings/ribs with different thickness, widths and heights, but so far I'm really impressed with the my first print,
I'll definitely be playing with this sizer next sunday

I appreciate an insert thats ribbed for my pleasure.

Four baffles, and unfortunately rinse clean only.
But it does work.
The green is a second revision, the pink was failed but I figured it'd be a good way to show the inner workings. I'll be adding at least an extra baffle and reducing the diameter. I played around and went with 2 walls and a 10% gyros infill i wanted to allow some sound absorption. Into the device itself. I also tried to emulated an air skive however I'm sure the skives arent at the right degree. I did feel as though the traditional precision could be forgiven due to the bluntness of the ball and it's slower speed in comparison to the real deal.
Also enclosed is the current printing, essentially a cross reference and then use the rotate feature.
Final pic is the drawing I posted.
10% gyroid, wall thickness of 2.
I can push it a little more than that, if this one is functional im going to print thick for the next and see if theres a beneficial db- difference between the two.4 PhotosLast edited by Chemical-x.....ahain; 10-11-2024, 03:51 AM.

I know a user already provided their file for an 86 grip to print, but I’ll be machining one for myself and I use 3d print to confirm things before I commit them to metal.. it took printing one for me to realize how they were able to shift the grip forward while keeping all the dimensions the same.
also I previous models had the grips slightly off. Not a big deal on a 3d print.. but unacceptable when it comes to metal so I took the time to really dial in fit and mostly position. There’s a little extra meat I can take off the back but you get the gist.1 Photo

I printed the muffler for Empire/Stella barrels sometime in the spring and it finally failed on me. It was really just the choice of material since it was that weird hybrid PLA sleeve with PETG core. But since it failed, I resliced it for my OG Photon and reprinted it in ABS-like. It feels super solid and will probably last much longer than than my FDM version just knocking around in my gear tub. This is the third version, finally getting the fit just right. Next week I'm going to redo the grip panels.

Shoutout to LackadaisyJackie for her amazing design! I had some print issues (this winter is wreaking havoc on both my FDM printers and SLA ) but it still came out awesome! I found some weird non-manifold spots on the inside, let her know and she quickly jumped on fixing it! This is after I joked about being too lazy to buy a new feedneck and wanted a PALs version.
Some things I wanted to point out:
Dimensions to the can are on point! I did zero post processing on the inside. I've had so many issues with other existing bodies where I had to use sanding sticks with the hexagonal portion to the outside of the barrel shank receiver section. Nothing on this one.
Other thing is that the feedneck ID is also a great size. No issues having to dremel out the hole so some of the oddball paint doesn't get jammed. Ran my R2 with 260 and 2 pods without any issues over 2 points.
Worth. Every. Penny.

The scales are designed in the shape of leaves, and the wrists are flexible and movable.Print in Place with no supports. No assembly required. In addition to the standard Flexi Dragon-like size model, a medium size model, reorganized in a lizard style, is included. The medium size requires 30% less filament and time to 3D print than the large size; if 3D printing time is a concern, the medium size is a good choice. Please take pictures of your Flexi and share them with us!
I’m printing out a buildable robot for my nephew, a big Lego fan. Will post up pics when I’m done.
A robot that is articulated and poseable. It is designed to be fdm friendly and supportless. Does not require glue. | Download free 3D printable STL models

Got a mini pc from lhamilton1807 loaded with octo print. I had a little time to try to get it working. Once it booted up and connected to my printer, I excitedly just printed g code from my old sd card. The end result was another tpu ICD cat foregrip. This one I was going to print in red, then decislded it would be cooler to swap to black after the sight pin was finished for a nice shooter experience.

X, I think this is your file. This is my first attempt printing with orca slicer, and my octoprint machine, so I just need to dial it in to make smooth seals.
Do you vary the infill pattern? I went with monotopic lines top and bottom, concentric infill at 100% in hopes the weave effect helps seal.

I don’t have much experience with tpu and don’t have a Sheridan, but would ironing the top layer make the surface smoother? Seems to work with other filaments
