I’ve been playing Sackboy: A Big Adventure for the last few days. They managed to transition into 3D while pretty much maintaining that familiar Little Big Planet gameplay. For better or worse. Sackboy has always been a little floaty & had a different feel as far as momentum than other platformers. None of that has changed. LBP has mostly always been about all the wacky stuff they throw at you instead of super tight platforming. That hasn’t changed either. It reminds me a bit of Kirby & The Forgotten Land.
What game(s) are you playing right now?

I'll need to see if I can pick this up. .Enjoyed LBP games and my kids loved Kirby. -
I like it a lot but I’m near the end & don’t have enough orbs to open the next world. I typically hate having to replay levels just to collect more whatever. I’ve played a few games where grinding didn’t bother me too much but usually hate it. Still a really good game though.

I bit the bullet and upgraded my computer to be able to play some new PC games again. So far I finished what's available in EA for both Windrose and for Subnautica 2.
Really enjoyed both games so far. Can't wait to see what is yet to come!Comment

PSA for anyone near a Micro Center. They have an Intel Bundle of a 270K+ with motherboard and 32GB of ram for $600. It's stellar. Single core performance beats everything AMD has, which matters a ton for games that rely on single-core performance. Multithreaded benchmarks are no slouch either. Easily the best price/performance ratio available - if you're near a micro center.Comment

I'm replaying Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault for the first time in years. This has aged really well, and hits a stride on Guadalcanal that's been really entertaining.Comment

I've been playing Brotato and replaying Uncharted 4 on steamdeck. Brotato is fun to jump on for a quick gaming season.Comment

Finally figured out the issue with the firmware on my Azeron Cyborg so I’m back on the Apex Legends Grind. I’m so rusty. But my new fiber internet is beast!Comment

DLC for binding of Isaac was dirt cheap on steam summer sale, so I've been playing that again... again.Comment

NGL I have been a MotorTown no-life for a few months now. Just such an enjoyable, passive game. Any time I'm working from home I just keep the controller next to me and AutoPilot stuff around.Originally posted by Terry A. DavisGod said 640x480 16 color was a covenant like circumcision.Comment

I buy more from Steam than i manage to play nowadays, but Fatekeeper released into early access on Steam and it caught my eye. I have been playing around with it for a few nights now. I also got Librarian: Tidy Up The Arcane Library and got my wife hooked on it (maniacal laughter).Comment

Dug out my old gameboy for some classic Castlevania and Mario world. Good times, especially if you’re sitting in airports and hotels traveling.1 PhotoCheck out my YouTube channel for overview videos of the WGP Karnivor and WGP Orracle!

Going back in time, COD World at War, and with the recent port to PS5, looks like Blops 1&2 are in my future. And after...????? looks like I've tapped out on any current gen stuff. Heaps of old console games to mess around from the original PS and XBox onwardsComment

7 Days to Die got a big update recently. We started a random world seed a few weeks ago, w/ some of the new world options available. We're steamrolling these brain-hungry fools!
Reduced Helldivers 2 playtime to one day a week or so. Really only logging in to keep active with their new campaign system - for the campaign rewards, although the devs state non-active players will still get the rewards at a later time.
Been playing a mobile game, Slice & Dice, just about every day. I love/hate it. Sort of a dungeon crawler, but you're only rolling dice to defeat monsters, until you clear 20 rooms, or die. Each hero/monster has a unique die. You get higher-level hero options & equipment during each run, but each run is random. Different difficulties & different game modes.Comment
