Cool setup. I bet that hurts some brodozer feelings 🤣

98 4Runner. Has Bilstein shocks, Old Man Emu springs, Tacoma rims, Firestone Destination A/T 2's. Bought it in Utah from a dude who moved from Virginia. Then drove it from Utah to Virginia shortly after. Never seen the check engine light come on. Over 300k

that was just like mine. i miss that car and that engine.
      5vfe was bullet proof...

same color, year, similar millage and mods.

i added load levelers to the rear in addition.
tundra big brake swap as well. <<<< was one of the better things i did.
undercoating on bumpers was another good thing to keep the bumpers from rusting.

there was a bunch of other stuff as well.

then i rolled it. i was devastated but it was the only way i was going to get rid of it. (wasnt a good commuter at 60 miles a day and 12mpg.)

      i truely miss that car.

Yes, they come with a 6mt standard. I'd jump all over the paddle shifting 6at if it's even halfway decent. Sitting in traffic even once a week with my 5mt is grueling enough that I'd likely take any at these days.

This one is a 6-speed manual with the factory short throw kit.

I enjoy manual transmissions, but this is my 5th car in a row with a manual (before this was two WRXs and two Corvettes), and it probably is no longer a deal breaker for me if a car has an automatic.

That being said, I think the manual in this BRZ is particularly satisfying.

Exactly… I want an MT-9 so bad I miss riding. But I can’t responsibly get one until the kids are older and out the house. Live fast take chances. I snagged a Cruiser a while back figuring I would be less prone to doing the stupid. In the end I sold it after only a few rides. I would love to build a track bike but I don’t have that disposable income yet.

Well can’t live in my new city of Milwaukee and only own one Harley. I bought a classic 1992 FXRS yesterday

So the SLC Superlite sold for a hefty profit. Sad to see it go but picked up a great deal on a low mileage 2020 Corvette out of Florida that’s getting a full custom wide body kit done by Mr Widebody in CA w/ a full House of Kolor swap. Then it’s going to Vett Dr in NY for the motor build. Hopefully have it back by spring.
