Outside of the trigger plate having some play, and eventually wanting to do the Empire feedneck mod, this sniper is done. Had a blast with it on the weekend, and hoping to enjoy it more tomorrow.

Mozak right feed mod. Shooting mid-high 280's at 210 psi with AKA valve and Shocktech hammer.

That's very nice looking. Did you find the AKA valve a pain in the ass to tune? I had a really hard time getting it to work with my old 2k3 pump and once I did it sounded AWFUL.

Not at all. I used the classic sized valve in a 97 or 98 body I had milled. I'm trying to remember if I used the AKA valve spring. The ivg is in a little further, like 4-5 turns versus 2. I used a hammer spring I had lying around. Sweet spotted the regulator. It's not quiet, but I've had louder and I'm using a Lapco barrel.

Sold my s6.5 in 2015 and havnt touched a pump really since. Just pieced this one together. Nothing flashy, but Im stoked. when i was a kid my local field had a cotton candy STO. Ever since then I wanted one. I wanna throw a ccm .45 on it eventually, but Im a happy camper. Now, i honestly like the black more than the cotton candy 😅 somethin bout a black wgp maaannnn

Sometimes a simple anodizing job is the best route for a nicely milled body. I'm all for wild acid washed tricolor fades and whatnot, but a simple black can really make things pop, rather than obscuring them.

A recent build... wanted to prototype an idea and it seems to work. 🙂

Built entirely from Sheridan brass barrel tubing, uses Cocker internals (11/16" valve, hammer, IVG, modified bolt). I made it left feed SC for gits and shiggles.

Runs around 300psi... should sweetspot it at some point, I suppose.

Started life as a dusty ebay cocker from a storage flipper. Got it for a great deal, considering the parts it came with. Got rid of the pneus, gave it a good cleaning, added new CCM lower tube and new CCM pump kit w/ EZ handle. Completely rebuilt the Black Magic reg, threw on the CP ASA and Hogue palm swell panels.
KAPP Groovy frame, KAPP trigger plate, came with a roller sear already. Belsales Dart bolt.

Might just be my favorite sniper build to date. Feels great, ultra mega smooth, performed wonderfully considering the paint quality last weekend.
