New project. P68 with Freak XL, right feed. Some of you might recognize this as a previous project I started for myself, but I changed my mind on it and torched it all apart.

It desoldered and i started working on the stock and cocking mechanism, some of the tooling is coming tomorrow ... When i get it a bit further ahead i may do a build thread.
PS: It will be singleshot and cocked from the lever hammer.
PS2: Single sot and muzzle load π

That sounds like a fun build to watch. I've got to finish my spump project, but next winter I think I'm going to attempt my first brass build, all of you guys are very inspiring with your diy builds.

This thing just needs some final tweaks, and a bit of sanding, and it will be ready to go to home to Brokeass_baller1 Photo

That's what I call ingenious." love the setup ....
You are becoming quite the "brass pistol man" and I really like how you are stepping up to the plate with all your freak builds...
Keep up the good work my friend.
Its always nice to see others keeping the ole brass dreams alive...

Well, I messed up. I figured all these posts can't be gravy. For some reason, I decided to drill two big holes in the quick strip slot with my step bit. So what do I do, scrap the whole barrel tube? Nope, patched it back up and everything is good again. I'm not proud of my mistake, but I'm not scared to admit it either.2 Photos

Meanwhile (back on the ranch), on Impactfour 's build, I have some windows cut out in the feed tube.
