Hanger for plate carrier or tactical vest. I printed with pla at 40% infill and it holds this 12 pound vest with no flexing. I'll try it with a 20 pound vest soon.
My airsoft vest is great for me, but storing it is quite a pain because you can't really just hang it somewhere on a normal coat hanger or lay it flat without it taking up a huge space. So I took to the drawing board and made the TVH (Tactical Vest Hanger), with this hanger you can easily hang your tactical vest in your closet or even on a shelf. You can even flip the TVH upside down and use the grip to carry it more easily. If you don't use the grip you can also attach the hook underneath and use that to hang your belt or pants onto. For those with sharp eyes, yes that is indeed a printed Molle Name Tag. Take a look and customize one for yourself.Don't have a printer yourself? Buy it from me in my Etsy shop here:https://www.etsy.com/listing/753029939/tactical-vest-hanger

so uhh... i started turning this airsoft "replica" (aap01, reuger mk4 look alike) into a paintball "marker"
This is just the proof of concept pictured. It will get much more pretty and presentable very soon.
kid: mommy, I want paintball!
mom: We have paintball at home!

I finally got q successful bed level test.. im waiting on my dual gear extruder to arrive today. And I proved to myself I need it i couldn't pass the test to save my life. In frustration, I jammed an m3 nut in between 2 spring coils to get more tension on my extruder..
And it isn't half bad!!! Come on Amazon guy!!! I may make my ender usable again!!2 Photos

New nozzle this morning as a sanity check. Then I was hand pressing the filament i to the extruder as I could see it was under extruding. Thats when the nut came into play. Then I got q good level test, so I figure do the pressure washer nozzle holder. Started the print and it looked good. Leave for 3 hours, the infill looks lumpy, so I figure not hot enough, my dual fans are going too fast, of my infill speed is too high. At that moment was when I noticed the hmi wasn't responding. When I tried to click my selector, the print stopped. And I was back to the main menu. But disable steppers didnt do anything like the program was pqused or something. So I cycled power, cleaned my bed, and loaded a 3d benchy file to see how that goes. Now Im back to under extruding.
IF I can get it to extrude, bed adhesion seems to be alright, but I think my weak thin lines make bed adhesion impossible.

Some flaws in it now that I zoom and use a flash. In an hour and a half Ill be able to really diagnose it.
I wonder if my issue is heat creep, the wavy build plate killing my tip, or something else.
Either way. Im proud of myself for not taking a baseball bat to this yet.
I think Ill print a baseball bat, then use that to smash this printer. Yeah, that sounds fun! Hahaha2 Photos
