And everything fits! I know this was probably an unnecessary step, but it gives me peace of mind that when I do the full print, everything should fit nicely.
A couple tweaks, and then ready to print the final grip frame.

Last test print section. I wanted to make sure the nuts fit right for the bottom line ASA. The full print of the grip frame is on the printer tonight! Pictures in about 10 hours.

And here it is! Other than some goobers and zits, it printed pretty well. Parts are all fitting in nicely, and surprisingly the chunky grip actually feels pretty good in the hand.

I would thread the cocking rod a bit more and then put a nut on either side of the backblock to lock it... or make a collar that runs the length of the cocking rod and let's you pinch the backblock between the hammer and cocking knib.
