Was going to go with a simple “ultralight” design but in for a penny, in for a pound.. so I threw together something a little wild for funzies…

Merlin spec tube spacing, 11/16 lower tube, dye magazine…

No pictures - I forgot, and quite frankly it's so ugly I'm not going to take any - but I made a hammer for my Trilogy pump build.

With the Lazarus valve I installed I needed a lighter hammer than what was on hand - my Resurrection hammer (~40 grams) and ID universal hammer (~45 grams) were both far too heavy, even with the lightest ID main spring, and I had massive "farting" with every shot - so I kludged together an aluminum hammer out of an old PGP bolt.

It weighs 18 grams with the lug. 🙂

I trimmed roughly two coils off the lightest ID hammer spring, tossed it in, and with the IVG flush I'm shooting ~285FPS at 180 psi. The paint was pretty tough today and i think if i could have underbored a bit more that number might have dropped a hair, but I'm happy enough with it.
And God turned to Gabriel and said: “I shall create a land called Canada of outstanding natural beauty, with majestic mountains soaring with eagles, sparkling lakes abundant with bass and trout, forests full of elk and moose, and rivers stocked with salmon. I shall make the land rich in oil so the inhabitants prosper and call them Canadians, and they shall be praised as the friendliest of all people.”

“But Lord,” asked Gabriel, “Is this not too generous to these Canadians?”

And God replied, “Just wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them."

The other thing I’ve always wanted to do was get 1/2” hole saw and create clearance for the spring in an aluminum hammer.. that way you can keep a nice long/stable hammer and not need to cut special springs

While I’m working on the fine details of my magfed autococker.. decided to take on something seemingly simpler… made a fat finger mess up while manually programming and turned it into a mini lol. Oh well.

I had wanted to put the stock on the PMI-II I picked up recently- but with the back bottle adapter in the way it won’t connect… however, there’s just enough clearance with a 68-AT… but no room for the bottle now.

Made a side-saddle out of it

Too bad it’s gotten too cold for 12g…

I made a pneuBlazer out of a Trilogy SF frame and a 1k Blazer I bought off Walker last month.

Alexndl they're not really, I had to modify the frame internals to work with the Blazer sear. Might do a build thread on it if it proves itself.

The barrel is a stocker, 10.5" with dual venting and matched to the gun. Still need to build a Freak for it.

Meleager7 it's not very walkable. It needs a little more tweaking to get there... it's fast enough for me, though. 🙂

A little extra material on the backside.. something must have moved in my drawing. So I’ll measure, make sure hogues still fit and run another to make sure it’s “all good”… very close.

Yeah.. I’ve got a Bridgeport, a lathe, and a CNC mill in my garage.. but a lot of my projects I get done at work on open machines during my longer cycle times.

after a deal w a fellow member for a sanchez hitman plate fell through, i pulled a spyder trigger and chopped it into one! works great!
the way the metal is on the trigger, i had to mount it in front of where it usually goes but it feels just fine there and everything is nice and tight!

Since its on The "Dirty" Sanchez, I had to christen it......

Buddy wanted a custom rig to start playing again.. ooooooold sidefeed body, updated to 2k spec, 11/16 bored lower tube, pulled the neck and machined down an ADN tipx adapter and pressed it into the body.
