Started playing Killing Time Resurrected last night. I think it’s mostly based off the PC port & not the 3DO version which I’m much more familiar with so it feels almost like a new game. I still love the FMV apparitions. It doesn’t get more 90’s gaming than that.

I remember watching that on Ross' Game Dungeon, cool that it got picked up and re-released.

Yeah not a game i would’ve ever thought would get a remake but I’m definitely glad it did.

I've always hated chess, but in the spirit of getting outside my comfort zone I decided to sign up on chess.com and learn the game.

It's not so bad. I suck at it but it's good to learn new things.

Black ops 6, dabbled a little in multiplayer, doesn't feel like Treyarch maps, but still like them better than the last non Treyarch games, and so far for single player...I'm not mad, actually enjoying it so far

Yeah Switch 64 games suck without a legit N64 controller. I did an 8bitDo kit in an Atomic Purple controller. Add a retrobit BT donggle to the console and you can modernize you N64 too.

Been playing the original God Of War via the PS3 collection. I’ve played a few of the GOW titles here & there but never actually finished one. I’m a little over 7 hours in & aside from the combat getting a little repetitive i really like it. I’ll probably jump right into 2 when I’m done with 1.

Have fun on the spinning spike tower, you should be very close to that. I replayed them (including the 2 psp titles) when they were re released on ps3. Such fun games. I have gotten the platinum trophy for every God of War game except Ascension which I don't think I've ever even finished.

Finished it today. The spinning spike towers were a pain but not as bad as i thought. Ares, on the other hand, was a HUGE pain. I normally never play games on anything other than normal but i gave in & changed it to easy. It was a bit disappointing though. I fought him 30 times & never really even came close to beating him. I changed it to easy & beat him the first try - handily, i might add. Easy mode was way too easy. I wanted a challenge, just not one that made me want to snap my controller in half.

Haven't played anything for a few months up until last week when I finally started The Outer Worlds on ps4. Really felt like playing something like fallout and the elder scrolls and I've had this sitting here for years. It's keeping my interest, but i sure don't miss these damn load times.

sweet. Ive been holding off on Cyberpunk to play it with ray tracing... but you got me wondering if I should just play it. It's been in my backlog for 2 yeas. I'm on a 1080ti strix/5700X3D, and 32 Gigs of ram

                  What mods are you running?

I'm approaching 600 hours in Cyberpunk, probably my all time favorite game. I first played it on release, on my Surface Book at about 15fps

just started modding, have finished all 3 start types,so now im running mods CET, redmod, redscript, tweakxl, archivexl, codeware, simple menu, and couple others. having some small stability issues, so might have to remove some to see if i can get back stable. that 1080 might struggle a bit

Finished the story for Suikoden Tierkreis on the DS. Didn't bother trying to get all the characters. I'm not sure what hooked me on this since it's fairly bland and the voices are b-quality if that. The main character talks way too fast. I read that they sped up his files to save file size. If that's the case they should have adjusted some secondary character. I appreciated the auto-battle command you could use to get through mundane fights easier.

I then moved on to Chrono Trigger on the DS. I've never played this one much until now, but it's full of surprises.

I then got sidetracked onto Final Fantasy 8. This was another I never spent more than a couple hours with in the past. At about 10 hours and its been up and down. Started on PS3 but I transferred the save file to a retro handheld (Powkiddy x55) to keep playing it on there. It's much easier to play on and off quickly.

Another side quest! Checked my oldddd PS1 memory cards. Still working along with my 60 hour Final Fantasy 7 save from over 20 years ago, never finished. I'm trying to get my bearings again with understanding what's going on, what I should do before heading to the final dungeon, etc.

                    All the classics!

I love Chrono Trigger with all my heart, and they did a pretty damn good job with the DS version.

Just started playing Spider-Man on the PS4. I’m only 6 years late but my backlog of games is shameful. Only played the first mission so far. Man, swinging through the city just feels incredible. I believe i could put a few hours into the game just doing that.

The spiderman games are amazing and absolutely worth the price..
The funny thing is that fisk was really hard at first.. his attack mechanic is one that the game sends at you a lot so on my second playthrough I beat his ass like he owed me money

Those games are amazing. Swinging through the city is even better in Miles Morales where it's all snowy.

Still on my classic game kick, I found out they have Jedi Outcast on the PS store. Its a little clunky compared to the PC version, but still very fun.

                    Fallout 4 as of late

After the TV show came out I got annoyed with myself that I never finished it the first time.. originally had the game on the Xbox one, but learned I can't transfer save files around between a console and a PC.. so I started again on PC but didn't have the energy to keep at it.. and then the power brick for the xbox straight up DIED so I haven't used it since

After the "next gen update" to upscale FO4 to PS5/PC spec I figured I should really sack up and try and play the damn game..

So far I'm trying to do a playthrough where I complete nuka-world and get all those perks without having to piss off the minutemen in the process
