I mean a scifi version of the race board to allow for the specific switch. Are you accepting any tech work? I have a blind freeflow id love to see working again.

I will be once I have a stock of supplies. Most likely as the season winds down in October.
Batteries are still two weeks out and I have to build the packs and test them. New sears are arriving tomorrow but need to go to another machine shop for finishing and hardening. SMC no longer makes any suitable 5v solenoids so I am still hunting for a similar replacement (although Ive only ever replaced one for a customer because they were over zealous with the set screws)

I have a good battery and sear. Not sure if the solenoid holds air but it does click. I guess I will start to tinker with it on my own and see how far I can get. Can the data cable for the frame still be purchased somewhere?

          Not likely.
The individual parts can be purchased, but the complete cable would be a lucky ebay find or if another member wanted to get rid of it. I am going to be making those as well at some point (direct to USB).
Also, I found the 'updated' version of the SMC noid. They do NOT make it easy to order it in 5v, but it does exist.

Many generic pneumatic components copy smcs form factors, maybe you can get the noids you need in bulk from a chinese manufacturer.
I know my way around some of these parts and would love to help

The replacement noid is still available from SMC. I would rather talk to them directly since they produce a known good quality part.

Something aint right.. These are more like ⅔ AAAA but I’m going to build a few battery packs anyway. They are 600mAh so it should be the same energy density.

I have enough for 4 more battery packs. I need to see if I have enough old batteries to scavenge the plugs off of.

I'll wind up downsizing to ~2 cockers this year and the racegun will make the cut now

                  OK maybe 3... we'll see

                  Hi

Saw that you had the same issue as me when i started to get my own racegun to work that the sear got broken.

I wonder if its possible to buy a sear from you??

I will have new sears available shortly. I have them made, I still need to get them hardened.

The base configuration timings are 10bps. To tune it for 10.5 ramping would be gun specific. I could post settings but that doesnt mean they would be right for your build.

I have them made, but I havent found any local company willing to heat treat them for any sort of reasonable cost with the small quantity of parts I have.
