TJ at Nova mentioned on Facebook they will be offering a single slide trigger further down the line, but people were interested in a pump conversion, so they focused on the pump kit first. -
Love this. Now only if we could get a single trigger frame… -
They have their own valve similar to the Laz valve. I hope they sell the aluminum hammer separately. -
latches109. Maybe weird pumping posture?! I’m even a right hand pumper hand have not experience twisting. -
Jordan Not saying that’s wrong. I’ve bought 3 new paintball markers in over 20 years and I’ve owned over 100 markers. I only spend paintball money I make. But I’m also not going to rip a company for releasing a product that I’m never going to buy in the first place. If no one buys a new marker there are no used markers to buy for cheap later. -
Cdn_Cuda - that is generally my logic when it comes to purchasing pretty much anything that I don't have to buy new, likes socks and underwear.
Name brand jeans for $5 at the local thriftstore? Absolutely. Used Empire Sniper for a fraction of new? Definitely. I lived paycheck to paycheck for a considerable portion of my life, it's hard to not be that way. -
I have never once found this to be an issue, even with the early WGP sniper kits. My CCM pumps are the best, I would choose one of those over any "anti-twist" gimmick pump kit. What are people doing that prevents them from pumping the marker straight? -

Book face link to a video of the Nova guys explaining some features that were not immediately obvious.
So dual detents, custom 3 oring bolt. Bolt pin retention is inside the bolt, not at back of bolt for clean finish, sunk rear grip frame screw, square milled pump rod prevents wobble/twisting when pumping, and space for standard spring to use at pump return at front of pump.

Nova planning on a single frame hopefully before Christmas.
They are also working on a magfed marker that will use Eclipse/Dye mags.Leave a comment:

The whole apples to oranges comparison. Used costs less. New costs more. Even on the exact same item. Why buy a new Empire Sniper when you can buy a used one for way less? There has to be a measure of fairness to the comparison.
Under your terms no new marker would ever be worth purchasing as you can just buy something similar used for cheap.
