This one is a bit beefier at the bottom so it lines up with more frame options.

Still working on getting the tool paths nailed down, but getting there quickly. I set one setting to avoid the feedneck, which then resulted in the tiny 0.005" lip on the front and back of the body.
I need to cut the undercut a bit closer, left a little extra to make sure i wasn't going to get to close. Then i need to tap the 2nd detent hole. It is already drilled and bored. Finally need to remove all the rest of the paint crap on and in the body.

A couple of semi before pics at the bottom. Entire body was covered in spray paint, primer and clear coat.

spent a little time tonight between customer projects to get this together for saturday. It's too late to run paint through it, but 280-283fps with reballs at 215psi with the ivg flush.

ended up picking up one of the meteor pump and havent had a lot of time to mess with it. I was able to poke a few holes in the pump guide today though. Saw a 45 psi drop in operating pressure so that was cool. It is running in the 225-230 psi range now. Stock valve, hammer, valve spring, ivg and bolt. Inception lightest main spring and the modified pump guide thing.

SR Autococker Minied, Feedneck modded and drilled for dual detents.
I could not find my banjo tap, so it was thread milled. I think this came out great.


Feedneck modded a 2k4 and drilled a rt pro foregrip for gas thru.

Good new and bad news.

Good news:
My wife and i have finally found a house in the neighborhood we have been looking at for the past 4 years. 3 car garage with plenty of room for the machines and pb stuffs.
We are quickly moving through all of the home purchase stuff and expected to close first week of November. It will likely take a week or 2 for us to paint and then we can start moving in.

Bad news:
I won't be taking on anymore work for the for seeable future until i can get power to machines and air compressor and get things moved. I have some projects i am working through and trying to get all of those done as soon as possible while also trying to pack.

Micro emag came in for some love.
Cut the stainless steeel washer out, pulled the stock feedneck out. modified a wgp threaded feedneck to fit. Cut a wgp feedneck to match the stock feedneck. so it looks stock, but is in fact threaded.




Also cut another trilogy feedneck today.

This weekend was machine weekend. Goal to get everything out of the old house garage and into the new one so we can fix a few things and get it listed for sale. It still needs alot of organization to get a functional garage again, but hoping to get it somewhat shaped up tomorrow and maybe, just maybe start on some electrical work. Need to get the phase converter moved from the other house and install a sub panel. Hoping to have some power sorted by Thanksgiving or thereabouts.
