Based on my breakdown so far, there isn't room in the grip for the ends of a braided line to be fished through, you'd have to mill out the space. In fact there isn't actually enough space for the macro fittings as-is, the upper fitting has the edges ground down to clear the body. I recorded almost 1.5 hours of video breaking it down and rambling about it, waiting for it to finish processing.

What's cool too is that each part is match serialized at least on these components front middle and back. I didn't see serial#s on trigger frame, AsA or grip.

Ooh. Yeah I had to try one of my other barrels, but then I ran out of air...

$L!mBo I like the idea, but I just learned the hard way that the hose doesn't fit through he grip frame or the trigger frame.

It’s the unported 6” barrel. Mine isn’t bad with a bore matched ported 13”

So far so good, definitely feels like it needs a foregrip, hoping that can be attached as an addon vs new marker.

Trigger seems a little stiff if you pull it from towards the bottom vs the top, but I'm thinking that will break in as it's shot more.

would a braided stainless line work?

Dang this thing is loud. Could just be the 6" (hehehe). I did notice that trying to load with 10rd it's not easy to get them to fall into the feed tube (an easy fix).

Jealous. What carrier were they shipped through?

Yes, the adjustable grip did contribute to the failure of the line with CO2. During the times I could get it to seal (not many), any movement of the grip would cause the cold line to loosen up and fail. I'm not going to speculate on what better options there could be to a macro line as I hate macro lines and gas-through grips in general for the simple fact that they complicate disassembly and teching for any gun.

Would a shot of tubing like that used on vsc phantoms fit in the place of the macro line? I'd imagine that could be a viable option as long as the flow rate is up to par.

Or does the stupid adjustable angle grip feature cause issues with that? I feel like new and exciting features like that often cause more problems that there worth (see the massive number of screws involved)
Working...
